Sales Engineer
to join our sales team in Italy. You will be primarily responsible for executing sales plans revenue and profit growth company programs and services in your own assigned territory. You will learn to develop a consultative sales approach with an emphasis on strong account leadership skills and on selling competitive business. In addition, you will be experienced in building long-term relationships with an existing customers base by understanding their key business drivers, needs and problems. Key Responsibilities Work closely with current customers, in your own defined territory, to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within your assigned territory. Develop strong relationships with the key accounts Generate and execute sales plans in your existing customer base, and with other assigned prospective customers, to meet defined territory profit increase goals. Meet the sales target budget Follow up of exiting quotation Execution of marketing survey on competitors acting on the same Area and customers Issue sales proposal to Key accounts Work together with the customer service team located in NL Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial} Proven experience in a sales engineering role within the process filtration industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Experience in preparing technical proposals and presentations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and support installation or training activities.
