Position Overview
Our client delivers customer support services for a well-established automotive brand and is currently expanding its German-speaking support team.
This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for candidates starting their professional career. Relocation to Greece is required prior to employment. A relocation support package is provided.
Key Responsibilities

* Provide customer assistance in German via phone, email, and digital communication channels
* Support customers with inquiries related to vehicle features, service appointments, warranty information, or general product questions
* Follow established procedures and service guidelines to ensure accurate and consistent support
* Document interactions and case details in internal systems
* Maintain quality standards and comply with operational requirements
* Escalate technical or complex matters to specialized teams when necessary
Candidate Requirements

* Fluent written and spoken German
* Good command of English (level B2)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Basic IT skills and ability xjrgpwk to navigate support systems
* Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
