Job Overview :
We are seeking an enthusiastic Relationship Manager to join our Client Service team. The primary responsibilities include serving as the main contact point, enhancing customer experience, fostering client loyalty, and driving business success in the Italy region.
Responsibilities :
1. Perform client acquisition and manage strong relationships with a portfolio of global VIP clients.
2. Build rapport and expand relationships with existing clients through regular communication.
3. Develop customer service processes, formulate management rules, and monitor key customer statuses.
4. Analyze client behavior, identify unspoken needs, and prepare customer analysis reports.
5. Coordinate with various departments to deliver optimal service solutions and experiences.
Qualifications :
* 4-7 years of experience in sales and client services, preferably with an international financial background such as banking or investments.
* Experience managing a client portfolio including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and private banking customers.
* Experience with trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous.
* Strong communication and written skills.
* Proficiency in Italian (both written and spoken).
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while multitasking effectively.
