Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Chef de Rang will be part of a team of high-level professionals with a strong passion for F&B. Your goal is to ensure each guest has a memorable experience during their stay. What you’ll be doing Welcoming guests and attending to tables promptly Serving food and beverages, making recommendations when needed Assisting guests with menu questions and special requests Recording transactions accurately in the MICROS system Checking guest satisfaction and ensuring quality service Cleaning tables, completing closing duties, and restocking supplies Communicating with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and special dietary needs Following cycle time guidelines and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards What we’re looking for Legal right to work in Italy with a valid work permit for full-time employment (40 hours/week) Fluent in English and Italian Understanding of F&B operations and luxury hospitality Positive outlook, outgoing personality, and teamwork skills Experience in fine dining restaurants is a plus Knowledge of Micros is preferred This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance in a clean uniform. Safety training and certification will be required prior to employment.
