Execute contracts and manage communication with suppliers, customers, and forwarding agents;Ensure that all required and adequate financial securities for payment are in place and compliant with contractual terms;Record daily trading operations in the Integrated Trading System and other corporate platforms;Maintain close coordination with Traders to ensure a smooth flow of information between all involved departments, especially Shipping, Risk, Trade Finance, and other corporate functions;Comply with EU regulations.
Requirements
Rigorous, Team Spirit, Takes Initiative, Capable to work under pressure;Strong computer skills;Fluent in English and Italian.
