We’re #stoked to shape the future, #together as a team, and #humble in our mission to support the builders of tomorrow. /p h3YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT /h3 pAs a our first bSales Manager (f/m/d) for the Italian Market /b, you turn Italy into plancraft’s next growth engine by converting high-quality inbound and outbound leads into enthusiastic, long-term customers and by shaping a scalable, localized sales motion that truly resonates with Italian trades professionals. You collaborate closely with the BDM Italy, Expansion Lead, and the future Country Lead to refine messaging, sharpen the demo experience, and build the commercial foundations that power plancraft’s expansion across one of our most strategic markets. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liConvert leads into paying customers through excellent qualification, tailored demos, and consistent follow-up. /li liOwn customers in full lifecycle in the absence of dedicated CS capacities, including onboarding and activation support for new customers to avoid early churn and ensure customer value is created. /li liExecute daily sales activities with high quality, maintaining strong CRM hygiene and transparent documentation. /li liCollaborate closely with the BDM Italy on localization, customer communication, and structured feedback loops. /li liProvide weekly reporting on lead flow, performance metrics, and customer insights. /li liSupport outbound experiments (e.g., targeted outreach, event-based campaigns) and share learnings with HQ and local team. /li liContribute to optimizing the sales process, improving structure and efficiency alongside the Expansion Lead and BDM. /li liHelp prepare and refine the sales playbook and market learnings ahead of the Country Lead’s onboarding. /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 h3Must-haves /h3 ul liItalian at C2 level and English at minimum C1 level. /li li2+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in SMB segment. /li liStrong track record in closing deals and managing a structured pipeline. /li liSolid CRM Experience (Hubspot preferred). /li liA self-starter entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, structure, and reliability. /li liComfortable working in fast-changing environments. /li liBased in or near Milan, with openness to work weekly from our soon‑to‑open local Milan co‑working hub. /li /ul h3Nice-to-haves /h3 ul liExperience selling SaaS into the construction or skilled trades sector. /li liKnowledge and experience in working with Hubspot. /li liFamiliarity with outbound prospecting and creative lead generation. /li liExperience working in startups or early-market environments. /li /ul h3WHY PLANCRAFT? /h3 ul liTeam Spirit: We’re driven by passion, commitment, and a shared mission.
