You will own the local marketing planning execution. Analytical and hands-on, you will ensure seamless integration between Marketing and Sales while representing the voice of the market within the regional and global VELUX organization. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliMarketing Planning: Own and lead the local marketing plan, ensuring strong alignment with market priorities, customer insights, and competitive situation. /liliAct as sparring partner to the Managing Director on brand, customer, and commercial strategy. /liliLead local campaign planning and adaptation of regional/global activities. /liliPrioritize focus areas and investments to maximize impact and market growth. /liliRepresent the market needs towards regional and global teams, ensuring local requirements influence planning, content, and investment decisions. /liliMarketing Execution Performance: Ensure high-quality execution of local marketing activities. /liliManage day-to-day marketing activities, including events, and promotional materials. /liliMonitor performance metrics and adjust strategies and local budgets to maximize impact. /liliEnsure all communication activities comply with global brand guidelines. /liliFinancial Budget Management: Own and manage the local marketing budget in alignment with strategic priorities and Market Plans. /liliOptimize investments planning across activities based on market needs. /liliLead budgeting, performance reporting, and spend governance in collaboration with the Managing Director and Regional Marketing. /liliEnsure optimal ROI on local marketing investments and provide financial insights and recommendations. /liliTeam Leadership Capability Building: Lead, mentor, and develop the local Marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous growth. /liliBuild an agile high performing team with strong customer-centric and operational capabilities. /liliPromote an inclusive, collaborative, and feedback-driven work environment. /liliLead change management initiatives and support strategic transformation projects across the organization. /liliCross-Functional Regional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and support functions to create an integrated commercial approach. /liliCollaborate with regional marketing to align strategy, priorities, and campaign implementation. /liliShare local insights, best practices, and learnings across the Southwest region /liliProvide clear, data-backed insights and recommendations to senior management, enabling sound commercial decision-making. /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3ulliStrategic Analytical Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business and regional/global objectives. /liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable decisions. /liliSolid financial experience in budget management, forecasting, and ROI optimization. /li /ulh3Leadership People Management /h3ulliLeader with a track record in building and motivating teams, driving transformation, and delivering measurable impact. /liliAbility to inspire, empower, and develop high-performing talents. /liliSkilled in navigating matrix organisations and influencing diverse stakeholders. /li /ulh3Communication Collaboration /h3ulliExcellent communication and presentation skills as well as local language with ability to engage a wide range of audiences, including senior leaders and external partners. /liliStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships. /liliFluency in Italian, Spanish and English is a plus. /li /ulh3Technical Professional Background /h3ulliProficiency in operational marketing, digital tools, and marketing platforms. /liliExperience working in multicultural, cross-functional environments. /liliMaster\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. /liliExperience in home improvement, building materials, FMCG, or B2B2C environments is a strong advantage. /li /ulh3Direct reports /h3ulliLocal Marketing team in Italy Iberia /li /ulh3Key Performance Metrics /h3ulliBrand Awareness /liliMarketing contribution to SQL and funnel performance /liliROI and budget efficiency /liliQuality and impact of campaign execution /li /ulh3Why Join Us? /h3pWe’re on a mission to help people transform their homes and workplaces into healthier, brighter spaces through daylight and fresh air.
