Overview
Drive regional strategy and execution for Severe Asthma and Nasal Polyps, leading a team of Specialist sales representatives in Lombardia. Deliver growth, build relationships, and collaborate across medical, market access, marketing, and commercial functions.
Accountabilities
* Lead, coach and develop the Specialist team to meet regional objectives.
* Maintain active field presence to capture best practices and local clinical insights.
* Develop and implement territorial and account plans using local data and evidence.
* Collaborate with medical, market access, marketing and operations teams to align plans.
* Monitor regional performance, review periodically and enforce corrective actions.
* Manage regional resources, budgets and cross‐functional activities to support patient access.
* Create patient‐centered account strategies to improve management of severe asthma.
* Engage regional clinical and decision‐maker stakeholders to support optimal care pathways.
* Use clinical evidence and real‐world data to inform regional decisions and access solutions.
* Promote digital and multi‐channel tools to enhance customer experience and team efficiency.
* Recruit, retain, coach and develop talent with clear performance plans.
* Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
* Scientific or related degree.
* Extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales, account management or KAM roles, preferably in respiratory or specialty care.
* Proven management, training or leadership of commercial or account teams.
* Strong knowledge of the Italian healthcare system, including hospital, specialty and payer dynamics.
* Track record of achieving or exceeding regional targets reflected in measurable results.
* Strategic vision and organisational mindset.
* Fluency in Italian and good command of English.
* Compliance with Italian regulations for pharmaceutical scientific information, where applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in severe asthma, respiratory area, biologics or complex therapies.
* Experience designing and executing cross‐functional account strategies.
* Strong analytical skills and CRM use for territory planning and outcome measurement.
* Experience working with multidisciplinary hospital teams and regional health authorities.
* Coaching, feedback and team culture building skills.
* Willingness to travel frequently within Lombardia and attend regional meetings.
