Job Description Summary

GE Grid Solutions, a leader in the power transmission sector, is seeking an Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) Product Sales Specialist to drive growth in the European High Voltage Switchgear (HVS) market. We are committed to a green future and offer a complete range of AIS products, focusing on SF6-free solutions. This role is part of the Europe AIS Sales Specialists Team.

We seek a dynamic, technically skilled, and sales-oriented individual capable of creating, maintaining, and strengthening links between customers, sales representatives, and factories. If you enjoy challenges in a large multinational company and want to make a difference by promoting and selling HVS products, services, environmentally friendly equipment, and digital solutions, this is the place for you!

Job Responsibilities:

* Drive business development, technical prescription, tendering coordination, product qualification, and customer satisfaction.
* Work closely with the local sales team to develop and manage effective sales strategies within your area.
* Lead growth initiatives to meet quarterly and annual targets, aligned with GE values.
* Report to the Europe AIS Product Sales Director.

Your Impact:

* Promote SF6-free AIS solutions and advocate for green technology benefits.
* Cover Central and Eastern European countries as part of the Europe AIS Sales Team.
* Develop and implement sales strategies, build customer relationships, and achieve growth targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Formulate and execute sales strategies and agreements.
* Develop pricing, proposals, and deal structures.
* Assist in customer negotiations and identify new product/service opportunities.
* Utilize Lean methodologies to streamline proposal processes.
* Gain deep knowledge of sales territories, products, markets, and customer groups.
* Make autonomous decisions within defined frameworks.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients about design and coordination services.
* Mentor new team members and explain complex information clearly.

Must-Haves:

* Fluent in English and French; proficiency in German and Italian is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving, documentation, planning, marketing, and program execution skills.
* Project management experience.

Preferred Location: Spain (Madrid), Italy (Noventa di Piave), or France (Villeurbanne - Lyon).
