Job Title: Technical Product Specialist
Salary and Job Description:
The incumbent is responsible for promoting Abbott product lines through professional and technical support to medical and sales personnel. This position requires ensuring that all technical questions from the field or internal sources are answered in a timely manner and reported to relevant authorities.
This role involves attending implants, follow-ups, and supporting issues related to high-voltage and low-voltage stimulation devices.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical assistance to the sales force and physicians across the national territory for implants and follow-ups.
2. Conduct product presentations and training on product utilization to customers.
3. Support physicians during enrolment and follow-up phases of clinical studies.
4. Assist Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator, and Clinical Department with additional tasks and projects.
5. Adopt an Abbott solution-oriented approach to customers.
6. Communicate feedback and information on supported implants and procedures promptly.
7. Perform booth duties when required.
8. Ensure adherence to Abbott's standing Quality Procedures.
Reporting:
1. Prepare concise market and competitors reports for Sales Force, FTE Coordinator, and RSM.
2. Provide marketing with competitor device information.
Education and Competencies:
1. Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
2. Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and verbal.
3. Familiarity with MS Office.
4. 1-2 years of experience in similar activities (technical support).
