Job Summary
OCAP Group is a leading international manufacturer specializing in the design, engineering, and production of high-precision steering and suspension components for the automotive industry. For our headquarters in Valperga (Turin, Italy), we are looking for a brilliant Technical Sales Specialist to join our commercial team and support our global business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the current client portfolio, identifying new sales opportunities.
* Prepare tailored commercial offers based on client needs.
* Support the definition of the commercial strategy.
* Conduct client visits, providing advice and support.
* Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
* Monitor the market by analyzing competitor trends and new business opportunities.
* Provide customer assistance.
* Manage after-sales service, supporting clients with product implementation and responding to technical and commercial inquiries.
* Prepare technical documentation and reports on sales activities.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in technical‑sales roles.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and mechanical specifications.
* Experience using ERP systems for customer order management.
* English language proficiency (B2 level or higher).
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
* Experience in contract negotiation and management.
