The Role
* Lead and develop a team of Regional Managers across Italy
* Drive sales growth and accountability within the sales organisation
* Review and strengthen the current commercial structure
* Set clear direction and targets, ensuring consistent execution in the field
* Work cross-functionally with European and Italian leadership to align on strategy and expansion opportunities
* Represent the company at a senior level with customers and within the wider organisation.
The Profile
* Proven commercial leader with sales management experience in the dental industry
* Experience managing field-based teams
* Fluent in English; Italian native or fluent
* Commercially astute, with the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
* Based in Italy, with willingness to travel
