Edge – Eurosearch Consultants Division,on behalf of our client, an Italian industrial multinational company, mainly operating in the Industrial, Building & Construction and Ho.Re.Ca. sectors, is looking for an:
INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER – Focused on European Markets
Posizione:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing international sales strategies, managing the commercial budget, developing new markets and improving the efficiency of the distribution network.
The role will manage a team of 6 people and contribute to business growth through market analysis, partner development and commercial performance optimization.

Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Marketing, International Business or equivalent experience
- +8 years’ experience in international sales roles focused on European markets, preferably within B2B environments with international distribution networks
- Proven experience in managing international distributors and commercial negotiations
- Strong experience in Ho.Re.Ca. and Building & Construction in the European markets
- Fluent English and French
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data analysis (sell-in/sell-out, market share)
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office package
- Leadership, result-oriented mindset, autonomy and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Availability for frequent business travel across Europe
