Skylio Srl is the authorized partner of DJI Agriculture in Italy, dedicated to bringing innovative agricultural drone solutions and precision farming technologies to the market. We work closely with agricultural dealers, cooperatives, service providers, and professional growers to improve efficiency and sustainability through advanced agricultural technology.
As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Channel Sales Manager to support the growth of our dealer network across Italy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand Skylio's dealer and distribution network across Italy
Identify and establish relationships with new channel partners and key industry stakeholders
Manage and support existing dealers to drive business growth
Promote DJI Agriculture solutions through meetings, demonstrations, exhibitions, and industry events
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support market development activities
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Prepare sales forecasts and regularly report business progress
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, business development, or account management
Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
Good understanding of the agricultural market
Ability to work independently and travel across Italy when required
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
English is considered a plus
Valid driving licence
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following sectors will be highly valued:
Agricultural Machinery
AgTech / Precision Agriculture
Crop Protection & Plant Nutrition
Irrigation Systems
Agricultural Equipment
Agricultural Cooperatives
Agricultural Distribution Networks
Previous experience managing dealer networks or established relationships within the agricultural sector will be considered a strong advantage.
