Business Development Manager Department: Business Development Entity: CS e-STORAGE UK Reports To: Managing Director BD, Europe Location: Italy (remote) Position Summary: The (Snr.) Business Development Manager will focus on expanding the energy storage segment by developing innovative products and solutions, building relationships with partners, and supporting business growth. Responsibilities: Understand customer needs and market trends to align product strategies. Identify opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and analyze post-bid results. Engage early adopters in testing and launching new products. Conduct feasibility studies and develop business plans for new products and services. Stay updated on market trends, innovations, and pricing to identify new segments. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure product quality and schedule adherence. Assist in managing product launches with marketing and sales teams. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in Energy Storage, Wind, and Solar industries. Proven business development success. Decisive with clear product guidelines and follow-through. Understanding of financial reports and budgets. Entrepreneurial and sales-oriented background. Proactive, competitive, and driven personality. Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration. Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
