Our platform supports maintenance, logistics, procurement, quality safety, document management, and overall fleet operational optimization. /pp As part of the bSTAR Information Systems /b group, we are strengthening our global presence and expanding rapidly, bringing our technology to an increasing number of maritime clients worldwide. /ppbr/ppbPosition: Sales Manager /b /ppWe are looking for an experienced bSales Manager /b to drive commercial growth, develop strong client relationships, and expand Infoship’s footprint in the maritime sector. This role is ideal for professionals with a maritime or marine-software background and a strong motivation to contribute to our international expansion. /ppbr/ppbWhat You’ll Do /b /pulliDevelop and implement sales strategies to promote the Infoship platform and related services. /liliIdentify new business opportunities, generate leads, qualify prospects, conduct negotiations, and close deals. /liliBuild and maintain long-term relationships with shipowners, ship-managers, and marine operators, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions. /liliCollaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure smooth project handover and successful platform implementation. /liliMonitor pipeline, forecast sales results, and provide periodic reporting. /liliAnalyze maritime market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities. /liliRepresent Infoship at conferences, trade fairs, industry events, and commercial meetings. /liliContribute to positioning Infoship as a leading technological partner for fleet management. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We’re Looking For /b /pulliProven experience in bmaritime, shipping, fleet-management, marine-software, logistics, freight-forwarding, or marine services sales /b. /liliSolid understanding of maritime operations (fleet management, maintenance, procurement, compliance, QHSE). /liliStrong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complex deals and build long-term partnerships. /liliExcellent communication and presentation abilities. /lilibFluency in English is mandatory. /b /liliStrategic, results-driven mindset with strong planning and organizational abilities. /liliAutonomy, proactivity, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. /liliTravel availability (domestic and international). /liliDegree in bEconomics, Naval Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration /b, or similar preferred. /li /ulpbr/ppbPerks Benefits /b /pulliCompetitive salary /liliSmart working: b2 remote days per week /b. /liliMeal vouchers (ticket restaurant). /liliGrowth opportunities in a dynamic international company with 40+ years of maritime expertise. /liliInnovative environment with a leading technology product in fleet management. /liliFull onboarding and collaboration with a highly skilled technical-commercial team.br/li /ul
