You will report to the Sales Marketing Manager BIP. You will analyze reference markets in terms of size, potential and market shares and study the organization and needs of the client, public and private, to identify main stakeholders and decision makers to introduce products in the Regional and/or Hospital Handbook. You will define an action plan aligned with strategic guidelines, priorities and territory potential, following targeted segmentation and customer targeting. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliResponsible for achieving assigned business objectives. /liliTimely communicate deviations from targets and define corrective actions. /liliUpdate monthly sales forecast and participate in yearly sales target definition. /liliEnsure timely and effective scientific updating of the latest clinical evidence related to BIP products; propose products and services to retain existing customers and acquire new ones. /liliKeep informed about competitor products, prices and services and share information with management and the team. /liliParticipate in local, national and international conferences. /liliManage relationships with area KOLs. /liliParticipate in meetings with colleagues, share experiences, and contribute to cross-divisional projects. /liliResponsible for tender processes in the geographical area of responsibility. /liliSubmit quotations for approval in line with current strategy. /liliConstantly update opportunities in SFDC. /liliSupport external partners (agencies and distributors) in promotional activities aligned to BU strategy. /liliSupport end users in training and educational activities, including operating room support, ensuring correct usage of BIP product solutions. /liliCollaborate with local Product Manager and EU Marketing Team in planning and executing local activities. /li /ulh3About You /h3ulliScientific degree according to Italian policies that allow drugs promotion /liliGood knowledge of English /liliAbility to transform products into solutions /liliKnowledge of healthcare, including diseases, treatments, and medical procedures /liliStrong focus on customers and their needs /liliKnowledge of the Italian healthcare market, including competitor activity and trends /liliStrategies to grow volume and market share /liliAbility to implement sales strategy and tactical plans on the field /liliDemonstrated success in developing relationships with colleagues, customers and industry KOLs /liliAbility to manage multiple products/projects /liliUnderstand market dynamics and business practices /liliTrack record of developing relationships with consumers, customers and key stakeholders /liliDrive for results /liliPlanning and priority-setting /liliProblem solving /liliOpen to change /liliPreferred location: east Lombardy /li /ulh3Location Compensation /h3pPrimary Work Location: ITA Milano - Via Enrico Cialdini.
