Role
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Handheld Scanning Business Unit. In this hybrid role, you'll lead one or more product lines, owning strategy, roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market plans. You'll work cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and customers to ensure our solutions deliver real market value.
Responsibilities
* Drive product and marketing strategy across assigned lines
* Create marketing materials and sales tools
* Train global sales teams and support key accounts
* Define product specs in collaboration with R&D
* Analyze customer needs and market trends
* Develop pricing, business cases, and profitability plans
* Manage key third-party and partner relationships
* Support planning and lifecycle management
Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or similar (Master's a plus)
* 2-5 years in Product Management or Marketing roles
* Fluent in English and Italian
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Experience working cross-functionally and customer-facing
* Comfortable translating technical info for different audiences
* Willingness to travel
Nice to Have
* Experience in R&D or Program Management
* Knowledge of retail tech or AIDC products
* Familiarity with SAP ERP, IBM Jazz, or similar tools
