As capo servizio, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 11 staff members across bar, floor, and kitchen, ensuring smooth service, consistency in quality, and a strong, cohesive team dynamic.You will play a key role in maintaining high standards across all aspects of the operation, from preparation to service, while contributing to the overall guest experience and team performance.Prerequisites
Minimum 6 years of experience behind the bar in high‐end or fast‐paced environmentsAt least 2 years of experience supervising or leading a teamStrong leadership and organizational skillsFluent English; Italian requiredAbility to manage service flow and maintain high standards under pressureMust have the right to work in Italy full‐time (we do not sponsor visas)
