Careers that Change Lives The position reports directly to the Surgical Innovations Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and will be focused on: - Develop market about ORE (Operating Room Essentials) portfolio products. - Provide in-OR support to facilitate technology adoption. - Unlock full, differentiating potential of Surgical Innovations products during the procedure. - Create strong pull from clinical stakeholders. - Build deep relationships with clinicians based on unparalleled therapy insights. - Develop towards delivering a comprehensive training and education value offering. - Region covered: Emilia Romagna, Toscana, Umbria, Marche, Abruzzo e Molise A Day in the Life Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. - Develops strong commercial account plans. - Provides clinical and technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers. - Provides clinical and technical expertise through case support, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products. - Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products. - May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations. - Conducts on-site education and consulting, and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations. Area of Focus Product/disease focus: linked to BU Account focus: Clinically driven accounts with a need for onsite support Key Business Interactions Coordination with Strategic Account Manager if applicable Coordination with Surgical Innovations Sales Rep and ORE Remote Sales Rep to ensure smooth adaption Customer Stakeholders Clinical staff Technical staff Key Success Metrics Sales revenue in selected territory / portfolio Must Have: Minimum Requirements JOB QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE - B.A degree in a business relevant discipline. - Fluency in English - 4 years of sales experience in Medical Devices or High Tech environment. - Technical Consultant or Field sales experience in the Medical Devices industry - Strong commercial capabilities - Selling skills - Strong presentation / communication skills - Full clean driving license. ACHIEVE: Enables operational excellence: Proactively identifies improvements in personal efficiency and focuses on continuous improvement, has a strong orientation to detail to deliver high quality results. Additional info: Travel Required: Travel (up to 80%) to selected accounts in the country required. Work Location: Field based position, preferably Toscana or Umbria.
