Social network you want to login/join with:Business Development Manager (South Italy), AstiClient: Hanwha Vision EuropeLocation: South Italy, preferably in Milan or nearbyJob Category: OtherEU work permit required: YesJob Reference:410342692871785676833710Job Views:2Posted:02.05.2025Expiry Date:16.06.2025Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Build close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales.Achieve sales objectives related to product quantity and market share through strategic analysis and influencing decision makers.Engage in short and medium-term sales planning, collaborating with Product Management to position Hanwha products effectively.Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), with a focus on sales revenue.Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.Responsibilities include end-user consultations, liaising with system integrators, updating customers with product info, increasing project pipeline, and reporting sales activities weekly.Conduct customer audits, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches.Focus on product/channel/customer margins, accurate forecasting, and achieving budgets and targets.Requirements:Proven success in business development or sales, especially in CCTV or related technologies.Experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants/specifiers.Ability to understand customer needs, define solutions, and create professional proposals.Knowledge of the electronic security market, IT Networking, and experience with CCTV manufacturers is advantageous.Understanding of network video systems and topology.Business or technical degree preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence.Independent thinking, good judgment, and team-oriented attitude.Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.Self-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of presenting to executive levels.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Fluent in English and at least one European language.Clean driving license.Location:This is a field-based role, ideally based in Milan or South Italy, with extensive travel within Italy and possibly outside Italy.
