We are seeking a Presales Engineer, a full-time and remote from Italy position.
* Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
* Act as the technical expert during sales pitches, handling all technical communications and solutions.
* Build and maintain relationships with partners, earning trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
* Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support.
* Train and interact with business partners to ensure understanding of EcoFlow’s USPs.
* Gather feedback from clients and work with R&D to improve products.
* Help partners customize solutions for commercial success.
Your profile includes:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably electrical engineering or related fields.
* At least 3 years in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, ideally in residential energy storage.
* Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and in teams.
* Strong communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and delivering training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently.
* Passion for the industry, quick learner, and adaptable to rapid changes.
* Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages are a plus.
