Who are you: - Chef diploma comparable to a Dutch MBO diploma - You are quality oriented - You are a teamplayer - You are stress resistant and are able to switch quickly. - You can work quickly without sacrificing quality. What are your tasks: - You contribute to mise and place - Preparing starters and main dishes - Baking, Frying, Roasting. - Monitoring and controlling quality. - When a Cook is not present you are prepared to take over his duties. - Cleaning your own environment, kitchen equipment’s, and machines and you help to clean the entire kitchen. - In case of illness, partly take over from the sous-chef / all-round chef by learning tasks and by training - You are creative and result oriented - Add new Dishes to Menu, or improve dishes. - can give kitchen staff tasks and check these. - Is responsible for purchasing ingredients, can choose wholesale company.
