Position Summary: - Implements the company strategies at the territorial level defining customer and individual targets and is responsible for them - Responsible for managing agents team - Responsible for coordinating Garden and DIY chains and support agents in contracts preparation and negotiation - Actively participates in the ICP process to define and support strategies at the regional level - Be Nestlé Ambassador with Customers. A day in the life ofthe Area Manager Purina: - Build complete Area Plan to drive the overall business; - Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon targets and KPIs - Manage and motivate Agents Team: - Drive (trough agents) excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning - Ensure that all processes are executed (Promo, Claims, Forecast, Order to Cash, Distribution projects) - Help agents to build negotiations and negotiate together with agents big contracts - Monitor and eventually implement corrective action on territories and commission - Active participation in internal process (ICP, MSR) - Guarantees compliance with the promotional investments assigned - Coordinate area meetings - Adheres to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations.
