Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the European market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Director will be responsible for:
1. Developing and implementing sales strategies that align with our company's overall business objectives;
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders;
3. Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals;
4. Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs;
5. Managing budgets and expenses to ensure efficient use of resources;
6. Negotiating contracts and agreements with customers and partners.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* More than 5 years of overseas sales experience in the industry, with a deep understanding of overseas market demands and successful experience in leading and organizing the development of major clients;
* More than 3 years of team management experience;
* A positive working attitude and strong ability to withstand pressure;
* Excellent management skills, strong adaptability, and a high sense of responsibility;
* Fluent English language skills with the abilities of listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
* A strong network of industry contacts and familiarity with industrial and commercial savings policies of the responsible area;
* Strong market development capabilities and abundant customer resources;
* Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills as well as a strong ability to solve problems.
