Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Digital Customer Engagement Manager focusing on SAP, your responsibilities include:
* Supporting sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
* Facilitating onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
* Managing service/project delivery according to scope, budget, and milestones
* Assisting in de-escalations of critical customer situations
* Collaborating with Major Incident Management, SAP Customer Office, and SAP Support teams during critical issues
* Participating in customer release and maintenance activities
* Providing technical support throughout the customer lifecycle within SAP Enterprise
* Executing problem management and continuous improvement initiatives
* Liaising with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success
* Reviewing account status and analyzing needs for team transition based on growth
* Ensuring systematic onboarding of associates with proper documentation
* Enabling ongoing knowledge transfer sessions on new topics and refreshers
Qualifications & Experience
Required technical skills:
* Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis experience
* Hands-on experience with HANA database
* Mandatory experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB)
* Experience with SaaS integrations (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S, etc.) is a plus
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Italian language proficiency at C2 or native level
* English proficiency at B2 level or above
Work Experience
* 5-6 years in multinational IT/software organizations
* 5 years of SAP S/4HANA Basis knowledge
* At least 2 years of cloud-related experience
