Casa Laveni is the first boutique hotel in Milan by Bohopo Group, an international hospitality group with over 11 hotels across Europe. Located in Via dei Bossi, just a few steps from Milan’s Duomo square, Casa Laveni is a new boutique hospitality project focused on service quality and on placing the guest at the center of the experience.
For our opening team, we are currently looking for a:
Front Office & Concierge Agent Rotating shifts
The selected candidate will join the Front Office team and play a key role in creating a customer experience where guests feel welcomed, cared for, and truly prioritized throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing Front Office activities (check-in / check-out)
* Handling reservations and using the PMS
* Welcoming guests and providing personalized concierge service
* Recommending restaurants, events and experiences in Milan
* Coordinating daily operations with the housekeeping team
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in boutique or luxury hotels
* Fluency in Italian and English
* Knowledge of an additional foreign language (French, Spanish or Arabic preferred)
* Strong service mindset, accuracy, and flexibility
What We Offer
* Full-time contract from 23 march 2026 (3 or 6 months with possibility of renewal)
* Shift schedule: 07:00–15:30 / 15:00–23:30 (30-minute break included) + 2/3 night shifts per week
* Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off per week.
