Job Title: Compliance Auditor
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Auditor to join our team. As a Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for undertaking general and basic social compliance assessments based on our procedures and specific client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments of supplier compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
* Deliver high-quality reports according to our protocols and timelines.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of our assessment procedures and local labor laws.
* Collaborate with internal team members to accomplish tasks during on-site assessments and reporting processes.
* Ensure adherence to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.
* Other assignments as needed.
Requirements:
* A university degree (graduate level or higher) with a specialization in Labor Law, Human Resources, Social Work, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Studies.
* In-depth understanding of international, national, and local laws and standards relevant to labor compliance.
* Proven ability to carry out supplier compliance assessments, including conducting confidential worker interviews, reviewing employment records, and performing wage tests and related calculations.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
* Ability to travel extensively and frequently.
