Your Main Duties
Planning, coordination and control of marketing measuresSupport in the implementation and onboarding of new hotel projectsEnsuring implementation and compliance with the corporate identity in the hotelsLayout and copywriting of brochures, flyers, newsletters and advertisements (print and online)Control of the hotels' active social media channels and press releasePlanning and implementation of photo shoots and processing of imagesContinuous market and competition observation (benchmarking)Organization and supervision of magazine photo shoots for the Italian propertiesSupport in the development of PR cooperationMonitoring media coverage and other external factors in order to identify potential/actual problems areas or opportunitiesShare and communicate the various existing Marketing projects and activities carried out, internally with the Cluster Italy departmentsCollaborate in the implementation of the Sales & Marketing Budget as directed
Your Profile
BE YOURSELF- Be authentic and yourselfAt least 5 years of professional experience in marketing - preferably xrdztoy in strategic marketing in the (chain) hotel industryAnalytical and conceptual skills as well as an independent and project-oriented way of workingCreativity, service orientation, strong communication skills and organizational talentEnjoy exciting challengesVery confident with MS OfficeAbility to use the fundamentals of Adobe Creative Cloud and knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop are an advantageVery good knowledge of Italian and English
