Key Account Manager – ItalyKey Account Manager for Jsolar Tracker, a global leader in PV tracker solutions, responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong client relationships across Italy and other European markets.ResponsibilitiesContinuously establish and develop business relationships with new and existing customers, expanding sales coverage of the company in Italy and European countries and providing strong service to the new and existing accounts.Contribute to the design, development and implementation of the company's sales plan.Proactively find new accounts to develop additional business in the region.Identify and develop key accounts in the Italy and European countries markets. Negotiate and follow up on contracts.Manage the entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all key accounts, staying in close contact with both customers and the company's related internal departments.Communicate with customers on issues relating to their upcoming projects.Coordinate with Back Office to ensure availability and timely delivery of tracker solutions, and to advise customers of delivery status.Maintain close relationship and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic and marketing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and identify new business opportunities.Analyze and monitor account customer data, and develop reports on a regular basis based on customer information and development trends.Ensure effective reporting of all activities under the managed accounts to the sales director on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.Represent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences.Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customer benchmarking and technical and financial market requirements.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of previous experience within a similar role in an international PV sector.Bachelor's or master's in Civil, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers.Proactive self‐starter and problem solver.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Innovative, dynamic and thrives under an ever‐changing market.Self‐motivated and able to effectively manage his/her time.Quick thinker, proactive.Passionate about the industry and able to promote this passion in a professional manner regardless of the level of the clients he is addressing.Flexible to travel.Native language skills in English and Italian; other languages are a benefit.#J-18808-Ljbffr
