We are seeking a Business Developer - Sales Specialist to join our team and enhance our sales efforts, primarily in Northern Italy. Responsibilities include : Identifying and developing new business opportunities independently. Managing commercial negotiations with prospects, including proposal development and contract closing. Providing a consultative approach to manage existing clients and expand relationships. Engaging with decision-makers within client companies. Growing and maintaining the existing client portfolio to increase solutions and strengthen relationships. Achieving margin and revenue targets through ERP solution sales. Minimum requirements : Background in Digital, ICT, CRM, or ERP sectors. Experience in selling complex projects with a solution-selling approach. Good command of English and possibly a second European language. Additional qualities include excellent communication and negotiation skills, goal-oriented attitude, dynamism, problem-solving capabilities, willingness to travel, and independence.
