Awarded twice consecutively as the Best Software House of the year, we are ready to expand our commercial team with experienced professionals. /p ul libThe role: /bWe are looking for an autonomous B2B sales professional capable of building opportunities from scratch: we do not provide contact lists or qualified leads, so the role requires a concrete skill to independently identify and generate new target clients. /li liDevelop a B2B contact and client network from zero /li liGenerate new commercial opportunities through outbound activities, networking and personal initiatives /li liManage the full sales cycle: /li lineed analysis /li linegotiation /li liCollaborate with the technical team to build tailor‑made solutions /li liParticipate in events, trade fairs and commercial activities /li liMonitor and report results and KPIs /li /ul h3Cosa cerchiamo /h3 ul liAt least b3 years of experience /b selling software or complex IT solutions /li /ul h3Capacità dimostrata di: /h3 ul liheadhunting clients /li lientrepreneurial mindset and strong result orientation /li liexcellent relational and negotiation skills /li liorganization and operational autonomy /li liavailability to travel within Italy /li liexcellent use of CRM and digital tools /li liDirect hiring (no P.IVA) /li liFixed‑term contract /li liBonus on every closed deal (defined case by case) /li liIncentive plan and internal growth opportunities /li liMarketing support (content, materials, events) /li liContinuous training on product and sales /li liDynamically oriented and goal‑focused environment /li /ul h3Invia il tuo CV a: /h3 pbOnly applications sent via email will be considered /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
