As a Store Manager, and a valued member of the Taormina team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

- As a leader within Sephora Italy, the world's most beloved Beauty Community, you will:
- Ensure the achievement of the store's financial performance (budget and target attainment).
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities within your store (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns).
- Manage the store's profit and loss statement (inventory discrepancies, operating costs, personnel costs) and propose new strategies to optimize cost categories.
- Analyze and drive KPIs related to customer behavior (store traffic, average transaction value, units per transaction, etc.).
