What You Will Do:
As a Teacher Float, you’ll bring consistency, care, and creativity to our inclusive early childhood classrooms, supporting children ages 0–5. You’ll:
* Jump in across classrooms to assist with play-based, hands‑on learning.
* Support transitions, group activities, mealtimes, and rest periods.
* Encourage social‑emotional development, self‑regulation, and cooperative play.
* Communicate with families respectfully and help create a welcoming environment for all.
* Collaborate closely with lead teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Uphold licensing and health/safety standards and contribute to a clean, nurturing environment.
What You Will Bring:
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* A love for children and a passion for early childhood education.
* Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different classroom settings and routines.
* A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team‑oriented mindset.
* The ability to stay calm, patient, and proactive in a fast‑paced environment.
* The ability to pass a background check.
Experience in early childhood education is preferred but not required—we’re happy to support your growth!
