**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for a talented** Junior Brand Manager Pralines and Advent Calendars** who will support the BM in developing key and exciting projects related to Premium Chocolate category.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Project development**
- Actively support the BM in the maintenance of a wide and complex catalogue, mastering product development systems and ensuring a smooth flow among all involved stakeholders.
- Support the BM in the development of new packaging innovation and roll-out of the existing ones in selected potential countries.
- Develop portfolio optimizations and profitability opportunities of current projects in a F4G perspective.
- Collaborate with all departments (Laboratories, Packaging Development, Controlling, Operations, portfolio managers, Legal, Quality) to ensure the product development within the scheduled timing.
**Consumer Research**
Support the BM in the research plan definition with the Research Department (CSU).
**ADV**
Support global project developing digital contents in collaboration with internal/external agencies.
**Cross Country coordination**
Depending on launch phasing, the person will collaborate with Area Marketing and BU colleagues to define together a successful launch plan or to evaluate new roll-out opportunities
**Competition monitoring and market analysis**
Identify new market opportunities/white spaces & tracking product performance in the key markets in synergy with area/BU teams
**Who we are looking for**:
**PROFILE**
- Master Degree in Economics/Marketing/Communication or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing/ Brand Management (preferably FMCG)
- Global mindset, ambition & curiosity
- Strong project management & communication skills
- Experience working with agencies is a plus
- Results oriented, precise & proactive. Able to prioritize & work effectively in high - pressure situations within strict deadlines
- Analytical skills
**IT Skills**
- Excellent PC command (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent knowledge of Nielsen/IRI/Euromonitor DBs
- Familiarity with SAP/Ariba Architecture is considered as a plus
**Languages**
- Fluency in English
- Other languages are considered a plus
