IGenius is seeking a Commercial Operations Intern who will have the opportunity to learn and support the optimization of our commercial processes. As a Commercial Operations Intern, you will report directly to the Head of Go-to-Market and Customer Success. **Responsibilities**:
- Support the design and improvement of commercial processes to align with company goals.
- Assist in monitoring the performance of workflows and identifying areas for improvement through data analysis.
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to streamline operations and gain insights into cross-functional processes.
- Help prepare training materials and provide support to the commercial team on new tools or processes.
- Learn to manage and optimize tools like Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and analytics platforms.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of operational activities and updates.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry standards, and contribute to ensuring compliance in commercial operations.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for the commercial team. **Requirements**: - Currently pursuing or who has recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
