Role purpose
He/she will lead and own the procurement and contractual process for the assigned portfolio of Information & Communication Technology Vendors.
the successful candidate will have ownership in driving the procurement process -including the RFI, RFQ, RFP processes- for the supply of Hardware, Software and Professional Services related to Information Technology projects and programmes. in addition, will own the administrative process for drafting contractual agreements as well as assist the business with the contract managment.
he/she will operate in compliance with the procurement policy to minimize the total cost of ownership for the company and will collaborate closely with the key stakeholders such as Project owners, Budget Owners, Controllers, Account Payable, Legal Terms and Third Parties.
Key Responsabilities:
- coordinate RFP/RFQ processes and sourcing activities
- manage executive - level relationship with key suppliers
- handle complex relationship and negotiations with strategic vendors
- collabate with IT teams to define technical requirements
- work closely with finance and legal to support contracting and renewals
- implement procurement governance and processes
- manage SLAs, contractual clauses and commercial terms
- monitor KPIs - savings, cost avoidance, vendor performance
- analyze market trends and pricing benchmarks
Skills and experience:
- 4y+ experience in procurement or sourcing
- experience in complex negotiations- SaaS, cloud, licensing
- understanding IT purchasing models - cloud, subscriptions, enterprise software xlwpduy
- stakeholder management skills
- analytical and negotiation capabilities
Plus:
experience working with global vendors
experience in specific categories - eg cloud or cyber
experience in tech companies or consulting
legal background
familiarity with procurement or spend analysis tools
