Join IKEA as an IKEA Leader di Domani – Stage Area Sales & Commercial and begin a 6‑month internship in an IKEA Store. You will guide projects, deliver results, and lead people while gaining hands‑on experience in a global retail environment.
Responsibilities
* Learn in depth our products and their role in customers’ everyday lives to recommend best, functional and sustainable solutions.
* Enhance assortment value and help the store achieve its sales targets.
* Analyze sales data and survey insights to propose improvements and new business ideas to your manager.
Qualifications
* Recent university graduate.
* Strong alignment with IKEA values: simplicity, inclusion, sustainability.
* Ambition to take on future responsibilities in Sales & Commercial.
* Open to work in different cities or abroad.
* Good command of English to collaborate within a global, multicultural team.

What We Offer
• €850 gross per month plus free cafeteria access during the internship
