Key Responsibilities : In coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing organizations, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following : Form close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales and demand for Hanwha security products. Achieve set objectives related to sales and product quantity mix through strategic analysis of market opportunities, influencing decision makers, and ensuring sales growth. Engage in strategic planning, including short and medium-term sales planning, sharing market information with the Hanwha Product Management team to ensure proper product positioning. Discuss marketing plans and strategic directions with the Country Manager. Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue generated through these partners. Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated regions and vertical markets. Responsibilities include end-user consultations, liaising with system integrators, updating customers with product information, increasing project pipeline and revenue, creating new customer pipelines, and reporting sales progress weekly. Conduct customer audits and analysis. Product and market segmentation, positioning, and targeting Contribute ideas for marketing plans, new product launches, and customer events. Focus on product/channel/customer margins, forecast accuracy, and achieving budgets and targets. Requirements : Proven track record in business development or sales, achieving targets in demanding environments. Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, or similar market segments, particularly presenting solutions to end users and consultants. Ability to work independently, understand customer needs, define solutions, and create professional proposals. Knowledge of the electronic security market, main channels, and potential customers within IT & Networking. Experience with CCTV manufacturing is beneficial but not essential. Good understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems. Business or Technical Degree would be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Desire to impact the market positively and enhance brand recognition. Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Independent thinking, good judgment, motivation, and team orientation. Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused. Self-motivated, initiative-driven, with project management and communication skills suitable for presentations at board level. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent in English plus at least one European language. Valid driving license. Location : This is a field-based role. Ideally, the candidate will reside in the Milan area or in the South region of Italy.
