PColussi Group is looking for a Global Brand Manager – Bakery Products to drive brand growth and reinforce our presence in both Italian and international markets. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for building brand equity through data-driven marketing strategies and powerful, consumer-centric innovation. /ppReporting directly to one of our Marketing Manager, he / she will be the key player in turning market insights into actionable plans across the full marketing mix, working in close collaboration with cross-functional and international teams. /ppbKey Responsibilities : /b /ppDevelop and execute brand strategies that align with overall business goals, ensuring brand equity, consistency, and positioning across markets. /ppLead the annual marketing planning process, defining objectives, target KPIs, and budget allocation. /ppAnalyze market trends and brand performance, identifying growth opportunities through competitor benchmarking, consumer insight analysis, and pricing strategies. /ppLead go-to-market initiatives for new product development, working closely with RD, Supply Chain, and Sales teams from concept to launch. /ppOversee 360° communication strategies, including media, digital campaigns, in-store visibility, and PR, in collaboration with external agencies. /ppMonitor brand KPIs (volume, revenue, margin, share) and drive corrective actions when needed. /ppManage the product portfolio lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence. /ppCollaborate with international commercial teams to adapt brand strategies to local markets. /ppbQualifications : Education : /b /ppBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. /ppExperience : /pp3+ years in marketing roles, preferably in food, snacking, or FMCG sectors. /ppbSkills : /b /pulliStrong analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into action; /liliExcellent project management and communication skills; /li /ulpComfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and cross-functional environment. /ppbPersonal Attributes : /b /ppCreativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt and innovate in a competitive international landscape. /ppFrench is a strong plus. /ppWillingness to travel within Italy and abroad. /ppbWhy Join Us /b /ppWe are a proud Italian family-owned group with a global mindset.
