The Role
We are looking for a Product Evangelist who knows how to keep interest in a game alive month after month, based in our Milan office. Someone to take full 360° ownership of dynamic product communication based on the Live Ops model (continuous releases, expansions, updates, and constant support).
Your main responsibilities will be:
Live Ops & Content Lifecycle: Managing the product lifecycle, planning the launch of seasonal expansions, new content, and regular updates to keep the player base active and engaged.
Community & Competitive Gaming: Supporting and nurturing the player community, with a special focus on organized play structures, tournaments, leagues, and competitive circuits.
Brand Strategy: Defining the product's market positioning and identifying the right communication channels to reach both veteran and new players.
International Coordination: Interfacing daily with the internal producer, developers, partners, suppliers, and international teams (which is why English is just as essential to us as Italian).
Requirements
The ideal candidate has an encyclopedic knowledge of miniature games, strategic board games, and the dynamics of competitive tabletop and video games.
Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Brand Management, or Community/Project Management roles, preferably in the Gaming, Entertainment, or Geek Culture sectors.
Nerd/Gaming Culture: You know inside out the dynamics of fantasy/sci-fi miniature games, asymmetric game systems, league management, and the mindset of the target community.
Marketing Flavour: A solid grounding in marketing, understanding of community dynamics, social media, and organized play via Discord.
Languages: Excellent command of spoken and written English, which is essential for managing content and international relations.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, the ability to listen to the community, and a problem-solving aptitude to manage "living" products that change rapidly.
Location: Milan, or willingness to relocate.
