To strengthen our global Digital Business Development team, we are looking for a Digital Commerce & Merchandizing Expert. This global role enables and empowers local/market operative management and execution of digital sales channels, to pursue a true omnichannel approach and achievement of the business results across all channels - Our purpose is to globally develop, scale and empower the digital and digitally enabled businesses and relationships of our sales and marketing organization via scalable, sustainable and profitable solutions. In the global Digital Commerce and Merchandizing service, we ensure consistent brand visibility and availability in all relevant digital channels by constantly creating, improving and optimizing the various digital shelves via persona-based and mission-focused offerings, maximizing growth options and financial viability.YOUR TASKS - Deploying the global Digital Commerce & Merchandizing growth strategy and roadmap, developing best practices and guidelines for local markets for successful end-to-end into market execution - Ensuring that guidelines are cascaded and being followed & executed by local markets (e.g. sales and merchandizing plan, business review, P&L/budget/forecast/KPIs, selling levers, JBPs, etc.) - Securing commercial success & business objective achievement in digital channels (marketplaces, omni-retailer, own store, quick commerce, social commerce) in various business models - Delivering evolutional and operational consultancy in the sales and merchandizing area to local teams as well as identification of weaknesses and enablement of growth & evolution improvements - Collaboration with internal global teams, to drive progression in the organization, and local/market teams to empower local channel management and execution - Maximum exploitation of the digital sales tools and platforms (e.g. own e-commerce, syndication,) and the respective functionalities/features to guarantee ROI and adoption - Project management of initiatives implementation to evolve existing digital commerce and merchandizing activities - Support on ecommerce platforms and marketplaces accounts (e.g Seller Central, Vendor Central,) YOUR PROFILE - Economics degree - 3-5 years experience in similar roles with global-local setups (D2C, FMCG/CPG, Retail are strong advantage) - Commercially driven, solution oriented and data-driven - Sales, Operations, Marketing and Online channel management knowledge and experience - Strong personality, proactive and with good organizational skills - Highly committed talent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent knowledge of English and Italian, German is a plus OUR OFFER - Exciting role with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities - Inclusive and structured onboarding plan supported by the Loacker Academy - Fun at work, a friendly, collegial relationships at eye level, as well as the commitment to common goals - Home office possibility (32 setup) Workplace: Bolzano- COSA TI ASPETTA: - Azienda internazionale e famigliare- Sviluppo professionale e personale con il supporto di una piattaforma dedicata- Fase di inserimento strutturata e dettagliata in base alla funzione- Ristorante aziendale, cucina sana con ingredienti integrali- Lavoro flessibile e opportunitá di home office (se la posizione lo prevede)- E un sacco di wafer croccantiLA BONTÀ È UNA SCELTA
