This is what drives our innovations. /p pThat's why we strive for excellence, and we understand that it's our people who make it possible. /p pWould you like to be part of innovation? /p pJoin us and discover your potential. /p h3Role and Responsibilities /h3 pTo improve Audio-Video division sales by managing assigned Retail customers, reaching established sales and market share targets. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and manage sales of Audio Video products through targeted portfolio of Retail customers. /li liBuild and develop solid sales relationship with existing retail customers, at national level, to achieve agreed sales and M/S targets. /li liManage sales forecasting and inventory management including stock planning and rotation, price protection claims. /li liConstantly monitor sales volumes, revenues and costs against forecasts. /li liDesign and propose sales campaigns and define the appropriate distribution strategy across the channel, providing follow up and feedback related to any sales lead. /li liCoordinate and monitor the Field Sales (Agencies) activities, also by supporting in visiting the assigned key customers (GDS, Modern Trade) on the territory, directly manage the Key customers at national central level. /li liClose deals ensuring that contracts are finalized within the correct timeframes throughout the whole national territory. /li liEngage closely with Division’s Product and Trade Marketing / Operations to ensure highest levels of service for named customers. /li /ul h3Qualifications/Requirements /h3 pTo be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: /p ul liEducational Background: Bachelor/Master degree with Economics background. /li liProfessional Background: 2-3 years’ minimum experience in Retail Sales (GDS, GDO), preferably in Audio-Video business. /li liComputer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools, with specific focus on Excel. /li liLanguage Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English. /li liTravel required: 60% domestic transfers.
