Job description Key activities - Internal coordination with the researchers and technical project coordinators. - Support to the coordination of international consortiums: overall responsibility for the complete management of the project in close cooperation with the technical project coordinator. - Communication with international project partners. - Budget preparation and management. - Negotiation and representation with/to the European Commission. - Representation of MEDEA in consortia’s meetings (both online and face2face) - Preparation and processing projects’ technical and financial progress monitoring. - Management of the related reports and deliverables preparation. - Organization and management of plenary meetings. - Support the preparation of new project proposals. - Dissemination activities’ coordination and support. - Support MEDEA’s positioning, exploitation and internationalization Knowledge & experience - At least 3 years of experience in a similar position working in the area of R&D projects industrial, technological field, as well as in applied research projects. - Proficient in English, at least B2 level or equivalent (both verbally and in written) Other languages will be considered. - Knowledge in writing and presenting projects in the field of European and International R&D funding programs is valued. - Knowledge in the field of innovation in the healthcare domain will be highly valued. Required skills & competences - Self-starter and high level of engagement. - Team player and strong communication skills. - Result driven and analytical thinking. - Negotiation skills. - Excellent written, communication, and presentation and organizational skills (both oral and written in formal and informal situations). - Pro-activity, critical viewpoint and willingness to contribute. - Availability to travel.
