Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in guiding and supporting the development of innovative digital campaigns and cutting-edge omnichannel marketing strategies. The main objective is to transform and improve the HCP (Healthcare Professional) experience, actively contributing to the enhancement of commercial performance. The role will work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment, collaborating transversally with key figures such as the medical-marketing teams, the commercial excellence team, and the field force. This person will be the point of reference for the implementation of digital and omnichannel projects, ensuring a coherent, effective, and measurable approach. Main Activities & Responsibilities
* Conceive and implement digital and omnichannel strategies to strengthen brand presence in the main therapeutic areas of the Italian Ethical Pharma division, ensuring regulatory compliance and an HCP-centric approach.
* Lead Customer Journey mapping activities, target segmentation, and the development of "personas" to ensure targeted and effective engagement.
* Promote the adoption of digital tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, CLM, etc.) to optimize the execution of go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Brand Manager, Medical Manager, Medical Affairs), field force, and external vendors (agencies, suppliers) to ensure brand consistency and content compliance.
* Monitor KPIs for brand awareness, digital engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
* Analyze market data and field force feedback to identify growth opportunities.
* Prepare communication materials and presentations to support the field force and key stakeholders.
* Draft periodic reports and presentations for management with strategic digital insights.
* Promote an agile work culture within the teams and actively support change management and digital transformation initiatives.
Job Requirements
* Degree in Marketing, Communication Sciences, Economics, or related disciplines.
* At least 2-3 years of experience in omnichannel and digital marketing, preferably within the Healthcare sector.
* Proficiency in the use of digital tools (CRM/marketing automation platforms, e-detailing platforms, and tools supporting the field force).
* Proactive mindset, excellent analytical skills, project management, stakeholder engagement, teamwork and strategic thinking.
* Fluent English, both written and spoken.
