The Opportunity
Support the operations at our Italian Hub in Turin, playing a key role in sales and after‐sales processes. The position will focus on design office responsibilities and after‐sales service (SAV).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the sales team on operational matters.
- Customize solar lighting projects and draft technical documentation.
- Perform after‐sales interventions, such as battery or PV replacements at height.
- Attend client meetings and participate in training workshops organized by Fonroche in Italy.
- Train installers on the installation of Fonroche solar streetlights.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energies, Architecture, Industrial Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Interest in learning how to dimension projects – photometric studies.
- Experience using ERP SAGE software for stock management.
- Background in warehouse management and skill in operating a lift platform.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Italian and English.
