Responsibilities
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team, specializing in the semiconductor industry. In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence within the semiconductor sector.
2. Preparing regular sales reports, including sales volume, potential sales, and suggestions for expanding the customer base.
3. Achieving assigned sales targets and performance goals.
4. Developing and executing strategies to drive revenue and market share in the semiconductor industry.
5. Identifying and engaging new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
6. Managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
7. Collaborating with engineering and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
8. Staying up to date with market trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities.
9. Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
10. Presenting sales pitches to key clients, maintaining client relationships, negotiating, and closing deals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
* Sales experience in semiconductors or related industries, with a strong understanding of electronic components, supply chains, and technical sales.
* Prior roles in B2B sales, distribution, or OEM partnerships are highly beneficial.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
* Strong understanding of semiconductor products, supply chains, and market dynamics.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment with a results-oriented mindset.
* Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance and optimize strategies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
