Business Development Manager - EU Sales Strategy

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our EU sales strategy, driving exponential growth with multiple strategic key accounts and partners in Europe. The successful candidate will work closely with the entire European team as well as our global sales team.


About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our EU sales strategy. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, implementing business development initiatives, and expanding sales channels. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining long-term partnerships with major solar/renewable energy distributors.


Key Responsibilities

* Growing sales by analyzing industrial development, identifying prospects, and evaluating their position in the industry to define sales options;
* Building and maintaining relationships with key solar/renewable energy distributors;
* Maintaining strong ties with the major solar/renewable energy distributors;
* Organizing and participating in offline sales events, attending exhibitions, and conducting business forums;
* Developing and implementing strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets;
* Working with other departments to plan and deliver sales and marketing activities to capture business opportunities.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the new energy (solar/battery) industry;
* A proven track record and strong network with key solar distributors/installers;
* Bachelor or master's degree;
* Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian, with additional European language fluency being a plus.
