Job Description
This strategic role will represent a crucial addition to the company's ongoing development and new organisational structure. The Commercial Director will oversee the company's commercial strategy and guide business development activities both locally and globally.
§ Leading, coordinating, and optimising all commercial and project-related activities to ensure full alignment with company objectives and enhance overall effectiveness.
§ Expanding the sales network through agents and distributors, while steering the sales team toward achieving assigned targets.
§ Ensuring strong presence and performance across both GDO (Large-Scale Retail) and Food Service distribution channels.
§ Identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective and efficiency-driven actions.
§ Ensuring the achievement of sales targets, contributing to the expansion of business lines in line with the needs of specific markets and sectors.
§ Implementing new sales strategies in local and international markets, managing existing customers while driving growth through new accounts and new regions such as the Nordics, UK, US, and LATAM.
§ Contributing to the definition and execution of the company's growth and development plans.
