Sales Manager Spain and Portugal – Contract Manufacturing\n\nFor one of our clients, a well-established company in the CDMO / contract manufacturing sector with headquarters in Italy and a broad international presence (branches and manufacturing plants across Europe, the U.S., and Asia),, we are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for managing Iberian clients. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will oversee the development and management of the client portfolio, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the proper execution of the commercial strategy defined together with company leadership.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage and develop the existing Spanish and Portuguese client portfolio, while actively scouting and acquiring new customers.\nPartner with Global Category teams to build market penetration strategies based on clients’ therapeutic areas, starting from the identification of new market trends and analysis of client product portfolios.\nCoordinate commercial activities with Sales PM, Global Category Management, R&D;, and Operations teams, presenting products and new solutions to clients.\nAnalyze margins and production capacity within the assigned area (categories/products/lines) and monitor the utilization of maximum production capacity.\nTrack commercial performance, evaluate growth, define annual sales budgets, and analyze potential deviations.\nAssess client financial reliability through payment monitoring and risk management.\n\nRequirements:\n\nSolid background in CDMO or contract manufacturing companies with established relationships in the Iberian region\nDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Management, Pharmaceutical Chemistry (CTF) or other scientific disciplines.\nFluent English (written and spoken), with the ability to produce technical and commercial documentation in English.\nStrong analytical, relational and negotiation skills.\nResults-oriented mindset and ability to work toward targets.\n\nLocation: Spain or Portugal
